|Recommended: YesCollege Town so far is a great company to lease from — Right off rip college town has strived to make improvements to the overall property, setting the precedent that they truly care about their tenants. With the several offered amenities and community events, my experience renting from this company has been overall a pleasant experience and because of this I am choosing to renew my lease here.

|Recommended: YesPerfect for students of all ages. — I am a graduate student, and I appreciate that the rental agents adhere to my requests for roommate compatibility. In addition, the cost of rent is very fair. The staff have always been willing to assist me with any requests and have been polite.
Elvis and the staff in the office are delightful and always follow through with even the most minor requests of which I have inquired.
Thanks again, and I will be extending my lease for another year.

|Recommended: NoDisappointing — When I first moved here back in January 2019, it was soon to be my favorite apartment complex since living in Tampa from 2013. Until recently this year, things had just gotten worse and management completely stopped caring for their residents. The office staff has been phenomenal always. However, it is just super disappointing the changes since first living here. And I know writing this review will do absolutely nothing since money is all that matters to people nevertheless
Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've had here Evan. As new owners we are working hard to install and bring in some needed improvements to the property. We have already added new televisions and a better internet provider to our units, and have drastically improved our security systems to make things much more safer or our residents. We take our property management seriously, and have even more improvements lined up for this year. So please stay tuned for announcements and reach out to us through your resident portal if you need anything.
