|Recommended: YesMy Review for College Town — It is an awesome place to stay, it is close to USF 10minutes walk and my room is spacious. I would highly recommend that one should make all the necessary enquiries of what the rooms have or not and not assume because I knew all the persons staying in College Town formerly Campus Palms had carpets in their rooms but in my current room no carpet. And I am happy the leasing managers are working round the clock to make sure I get the best of the apartment and the community at large.

|Recommended: YesA good deal — A lot of things are included, get your own personal bathroom, and pets are allowed Also, the pools and volleyball court are cool. The new gate system using a key card instead of a fob is a bit annoying though as it can be very finicky for me personally. Haven't had any bug issues either.

|Recommended: YesThe property is good, especially the area is really near to USF campus. but its a pretty old buildings so the natural light would not come through the windows — Its a good place and location wise. and the staff is really nice too

|Recommended: YesNice and responsive — It's nice living here and the rate of the apartment is affordable especially with pets. The staffs are nice and the maintenance people come right away, but you have to be careful of the noise with neighbors. There are some that are extremely noisy throughout the day and especially in the middle of the night. The walls are thin so everything can be heard easily. So just make sure to address this to the front office.
