|Recommended: YesAwesome Sauce Pt 1 — Living at College Town has been such a great experience. College Town is a great environment and an awesome place to live. The people are so friendly, the staff and maintenance are always eager to help. I love cooking in my apartment, they have gas stoves. If there is one thing I love more than cooking are movies and going to the movie theater. College Town is like walking distance I still drive from Sun-Ray Cinema which is the best movie theater by USF. Ever since signing my lease I have been filled with immense joy and wonder. I am so grateful to my parents for letting me live here while I study at USF. I love you Mom and Dad

|Recommended: YesIts definitely not bad for price and how close it is to stuff — All the amenities do serve their purpose, but man, this has to be the cheapest-looking place around here. The fact that there aren't ceiling fans is crazy. Also, my room's AC vent barely worked until March or something. Wi-Fi is perfect here, though. I've never had an issue in that area.
